Coming from the Netherlands, Marsha wanted to implement a highly organized management strategy to enhance the company further. In 2012, she became the CEO and moved the administrative office to the Netherlands. This decision allowed the company to expand its entertainment services and recruit staff from all over Europe.
Starting out as an Entertainer and Team Leader, Tommaso has dedicated 10 years to Applyfortourism, honing his skills and growing with the company. In 2024, he stepped into the role of HR Manager, bringing his extensive experience in managing teams and fostering talent to the forefront. Passionate about driving growth and building a strong, connected team, Tommaso is excited to meet the right individuals who will contribute to Applyfortourism's mission of creating an exceptional community and delivering excellence in tourism.
With years of experience, dedication, and hard work, Tomas has seen his career grow within the company and now holds the dual role of Creative Director and Area Manager. During the winter months, he works hard to find new activities that will enhance the company, while throughout the summer, he is busy visiting all of the campsites and finding ways to improve the level of service to ensure that both the clients and staff are more than satisfied.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, Elouise brings a fresh perspective and positive attitude to her role as Content Manager at Applyfortourism. Elouise did her first season with the company in 2022 as a videographer within the animation team at Camping Ca'Savio. Working within the animation team allowed Elouise to gain an understanding of the company and its values.
Introducing Josefine Hedman, our exceptional Dance Team Captain! With over a decade of dance and choreography experience, her passion for performance is boundless. Josefine began dazzling audiences with Applyfortourism years ago before taking her talents to world cruise ships. Now, she returns as Artistic Director and Choreographer of our new Dance Show Team. With her guidance, our team will perform two professional shows, "Nostalgia" and "Broadway Fusion," promising unforgettable entertainment across Italy's picturesque campsites.
Daan, with over a decade of experience as both an Entertainer and Team Leader, brings invaluable expertise to Applyfortourism. With extensive experience across our partner campsites, he offers unparalleled insights into their operations. His leadership has been pivotal in nurturing successful Entertainment teams, particularly during peak seasons. Now, as our Junior Area Manager, Daan will oversee all campsites to enhance performance and elevate service quality, further boosting partner satisfaction. We're thrilled to have him onboard and anticipate even greater partner satisfaction under his guidance.
