Behind every season are people, partners and a lot of preparation. Here’s what that looked like in 2025.
Our work doesn’t start with recruitment or end when the team arrives. We stay involved throughout the entire process, learning, adapting and improving every season.
We work with campsites, resorts and hospitality partners across Italy. The best partnerships are built on trust, open communication and a shared belief that great people are at the heart of a great guest experience.
Preparation starts well before the season. Our teams follow online theory sessions and an intensive multi-day training in the Netherlands, followed by partner-specific manuals and ‘What to Expect’ videos. Once on location, we provide onboarding and stay closely connected through online meetings, WhatsApp groups and personal support throughout the season.
Absolutely. Our services are designed to work together. An Applyfortourism entertainment team can include an intern, while we also recruit reception or hospitality staff for your organisation and our professional Showteam can be added to bring something extra to your evening program.
Our programs are professionally developed with a strong focus on quality, variety and guest experience. We combine kids entertainment, sports, professional fitness, family activities and evening entertainment with concepts inspired by nature, sustainability and local culture always adapted to the location and its guests.
We continuously look at trends and developments in hospitality, leisure and entertainment, visit industry fairs and explore new concepts and experiences. We also use feedback from guests, partners and our teams. Every year we review and develop our concepts, activities and shows to keep programs relevant and engaging rather than simply repeating the previous season.
We take the time to really get to know our candidates. After applying, candidates go through our selection process, including a personal interview, and for entertainment roles our multi-day training is an important final part of the selection. We look beyond a CV at personality, languages, skills and, most importantly, the right match with the partner and team.
Yes. Our involvement doesn’t stop when the season starts. Our Area Management team stays closely connected with both partners and teams through regular contact, location visits, feedback and operational support so we can act quickly when something needs attention.
The earlier, the better. Starting early gives us more time to understand your organisation, recruit the right people and properly prepare everyone involved. We’d rather prepare well than simply fill a position.
